Email is the best way to communicate throughout your project and I read and respond to emails Monday through Friday. The greatest benefit of email is that it keeps everything formally documented so I never miss an important update from you!

Text messages are great for quick turnaround situations like if you’re running late for a meeting or you need to send your security code — but not great for general project correspondence.

It's important to keep in mind that there are various factors that can impact the timeline of a project, such as design revisions, product lead times, and installation schedules. As your designer, I will work to keep your project on schedule and within budget, and will communicate with you regularly throughout the process to ensure that we're all on the same page.

Here’s how you can help:

Design Revisions: I ask you to communicate any requests for revisions or alternates within a week of your design presentation (rest assured – I strive to make your design customized to you, and devote my time and expertise to make it so). This keeps the momentum of your project moving forward and helps to lock in product pricing and stock. Requests for revisions outside of what is included in your Letter of Agreement will be billed at my hourly rate.

Product Lead Times: Once orders have been placed, production can take anywhere from 6-22 weeks, plus additional time for shipping and delivery. I encourage you to order quickly once you know something is a “Yes!”, especially when it comes to custom items and upholstery.

I have a network of trusted tradespeople and contractors who I can recommend for your project, but I'm also open to working with any tradespeople you already have in mind or have worked with before.

Generally speaking, yes. We want to capture your completed project with professional photos, both for our portfolio and so you can show loved ones your new space. We respect the privacy of our clients and do not disclose any personal information without consent.

I accept electronic payments through Zelle, which is securely available through most banks. I also accept checks.

I am not set-up to accept payments through other services such as Venmo, etc.
